PROPAMETIC - Barrier material

PROPAMETIC barrier films are a range of products designed and developed for the packaging of products sensitive to moisture and weathering. PROPAMETIC films are  particularly suitable for a long-term preservation of materials that need a constant environment to maintain their properties.

PROPAMETIC barrier film is available in the following types:
REELS
Rolls in various widths and lengths, suitable to create custom packaging.
• Film in flat leaf from 150mm to 1750mm
• Single fold or multi fold film from 1700mm to 6400mm
CAPS / SACKS / BAGS / TUBES
Custom made for the cover or containment of materials or equipment. Rolls of tubes of various widths and lengths, suitable to create 150mm to 1750mm opening bags.
Thanks to a hot bar sealer they can be sealed perfectly.
On customer request, the packaging can also be finished with a small window making it possible to monitor the internal level of moisture from the outside of the package. A sealing valve can also be inserted to create a vacuum.

Very strong and reliable, this welding machine is able to work continuously, without stopping, due to its knurled bars, heated by resistances with thermostat to control and maintain the set temperature, ensuring airtight sealing.
